B AND YOU ships mainly in the UK but also internationally in selected countries.

We use tracked and sign Royal mail, DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx and other carriers to facilitate our shipping process worldwide.

You can track the status of your order in your account. Due to COVID-19, we are following local health mandates and taking additional precautions to help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including reduced staffing and extra cleaning of our warehouses. This may increase the time it takes to process and ship your order, which is currently between 2 to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We do not include customs or duties for international orders and these will vary dependant on your location.

Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by atbandyou.com.
The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the UK carrier use to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United Kingdom. 
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Please make sure that your address is correct before checking out.
Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

Once we receive your return in new/unused condition, we will refund the product cost (less shipping) via the original form of payment. Depending on your bank the refund can take up to 5 to 11 working days.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will only send replacements/offer a refund for the damaged or missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 5 days of the package being marked as delivered. Customer must include photos of the damaged product.

In the unlikely event that a package arrives and a product from your order is missing, we will only send replacements for the missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 5 days of the package being marked as delivered.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at contact@bandyou.co.uk with your inquiry.

Yes, by setting up an account you will have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

No, once you place an order it is final.

Our system receives your order immediately after it has been placed. Once this has happened, we are unable to change or cancel any orders. Please visit our Refund Policy for further information.

To reset your password, go to https://atbandyou.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” below the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal at www.atbandyou.com
