Refund policy

UK Orders 

Items can be returned or exchange within 14 days of delivery date if they are in new, unworn condition and with all original tags. For sanitary reasons we do not accept return of items damaged from its original condition.

Items on sale or sold during a promotional period are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
 
To initiate a return please email contact@bandyou.co.uk with your order number to request a return authorization. The customer service team will then provide you with a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return in new/unused condition, we will refund the product cost (less shipping) via the original form of payment. Depending on your bank the refund can take up to 5 to 11 working days

At this time, we are not offering FREE Returns, you are solely responsible to pay for the return of your item. We recommend you return your item(s) using a tracked service as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.

International Orders

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Any order outside the United Kingdom zone cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
